To find Maryland judiciary case records, you can use Maryland Judiciary Case Search Online System.
Please click Case Search Online, then search by Name of a person/company, or by Case Number.
(Case Search will only display results for cases that exist and for which the case's existence or a person's identity is not protected information under Md.Rules 16-1001 through 16-1011.)

Maryland Judiciary Case Search provides Internet access to information from Maryland case records as described in the Maryland Rules on Access to Court Records. The information includes names of parties, city and state, case number, date of birth, trial date, charge, and case disposition. Case Search includes detailed case information for all Maryland Circuit and District Court Case Management Systems.

Maryland District Court traffic, criminal, and civil case records and Maryland Circuit Court criminal and civil case records are available on Case Search.

If you have questions about a court case, or you want to obtain additional case information, contact the court where the case is filed. The requests about additional case information must be made in person or in writing.
